I have done so many things in my life many of them have left me with guilt and shame but really how do you know the difference. In some area's I wasn't able to tell them apart until I read the book Unashamed by Heather Davis Nelson.

My thoughts: This book has taught me that my shame has been held up inside of me for many years. Some of the shame regards my body, some my ex-husband, and plenty of other things. Now, I am working towards riding myself of that shame because I don't need to continue carrying it around forever. It just weights me down and exhausts me. I highly recommend that you read this book! Take your team as Heather offers many amazing points, that are sure to help you out!
